Our Solution

We developed a comprehensive engagement strategy to keep external stakeholders informed and connected throughout all phases of development.

This was supported by an internal framework and streamlined cross-functional communication process designed to align the team behind a shared vision.

Strategy

A cross section of insights were able to determine the direction of the marketing and communications plan.

Internal & External Communications

This included an audience media channel flow and tenant onboarding system.

Public Relations

A launch plan for the opening of Costco resulted in mass media coverage and one of the busiest traffic days in Costco history.

The results speak for themselves.
