The Fair Field Foundation is the first of its kind, a national social enterprise that supports and celebrates female archaeologists. Created by Margarita de Guzman, Founder and Principal Archaeologist of Circle CRM, The Fair Field Foundation provides mentorship programs, networking opportunities, educational programs and events to empower career longevity for female archeologists. Team GLC worked alongside Margarita and the Foundation’s founding members to launch its programs and events, including a mentorship program and quarterly learning sessions that brought together female archaeologists from across North America.
