Plate Swap was an annual fundraiser hosted by Model Milk over nearly a decade-long tenure.. Award-winning chefs united to cook together for one  one night, ultimately “swapping” and cooking each other’s top dishes to raise money for Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids. In step with the event’s evolution each year, Gentle Lion strategized and executed all communications efforts to drive awareness not only around the event, but the reality of child hunger and Brown Bagging for Calgary Kids as a change-maker.
